1. About TOMO Fonts

TOMO Fonts is a digital type foundry based in Argentina. We design, produce, and license typefaces for retail and custom projects through tomofonts.com.

2. Products and Services

We sell digital font software licenses. Fonts are delivered digitally after purchase. Each purchase grants a license to use the font software according to the terms of our End User License Agreement (EULA). Fonts are licensed, not sold.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies to your order. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your licensed font files. Delivery is immediate and digital.

5. License Terms

All font purchases are subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the EULA. Please read the EULA carefully before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All typeface designs, font software, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of TOMO Fonts. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred through a font license purchase.

TOMO Fonts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with our EULA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
